Every school has an emergency plan. Learn yours. It will tell you when and how your school will release your child.  Do not call a school during an emergency or rush to pick up your child. You may interfere with an evacuation. Make sure that the school has your most current information including your home, work and cell phone numbers and email address. Register one additional person who is authorized to pick up your child. Schools can’t release children to anyone who is not authorized. |
