A Red Cross instructor shows Councilman David Weprin from Queens District 23 proper CPR technique. In association with Councilman Weprin, 20 New York City Council staff members were trained in vital lifesaving CPR and AED skills by certified Red Cross instructors on Wednesday, July 13, 2005. The trainings were provided as a public service in recognition of the American Red Cross in Greater New York's ongoing relationship with the New York City Council.
