Dozens of Greater New York Chapter volunteers and employees marched down Madison Avenue from 41st Street South to 27th Street on Sunday, September 16 in the annual Mexican Day Parade. Thousands lined the route, cheering on the colorful floats, folk dancers, Mariachis bands and musical groups.

Led by Manhattan Area Office Customer Service Assistant Gabriela Garcia, designated Guest of Honor by the parade organizers, Chapter personnel, along with an Emergency Response Vehicle, handed out more than 700 preparedness brochures to spectators in both English and Spanish.
